FR-Cam Setup Instructions

Setting up the Facial Recognition camera with the viewneo system only takes a few minutes by following these steps:

1. Connect the USB camera, the power supply, and the Ethernet cable to the AI module (Important note: The network should have a DHCP).

2. The first time that the device boots up you will need to wait approximately five minutes for it to complete.

3. Login to your viewneo Account and go to the Device tab.

   a. Switch to the camera inside the dropdown located in the top left. b. Click on “Add FR-Cam” in the center of the page c. Enter the MAC address which is shown below the AI module and choose a name for the device.

4. After a short time the newly added FR-Cam should be shown as online.
