Audio
viewneo supports audio files for adding background music or sound effects to your content.

Audio files are uploaded without conversion and can be used for background music.
Standalone Playback
Section titled “Standalone Playback”When an audio file is added directly to a playlist (without being embedded in a slide), the player displays a black screen with a music note icon during playback.
Audio in Slides
Section titled “Audio in Slides”To create a slide with audio:
- Right-click in the media library and select New Slide
- Configure the basic settings (name, resolution)
- In the Designer, click the + icon and select Media file
- Choose the audio file from your media library
- Add additional elements like images, text, or animations as needed
- Save the slide
Playback Behavior
Section titled “Playback Behavior”- Audio duration is limited by the slide duration — playback stops when the slide ends
- You can adjust the slide duration to match the audio length
- Audio files cannot play continuously across multiple content items in a playlist
