Plans & subscriptions
viewneo bills per player: for each screen you book a player license and add plugins as needed. You manage your subscription under Settings › Plan & billing.
All prices are net. With yearly billing you pay ten times the monthly price – so two months are free. You switch the billing period in the header of My subscription (Monthly / Yearly).
Player licenses
Section titled “Player licenses”Every player needs a license. It includes the media library, Designer, playlists, routines (base module), device management and users & team.

Under My subscription you set the number of licenses. This lets you reserve licenses for new players in advance. To book fewer licenses, delete devices.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”Every paid account has 250 GB of storage for the media library; the free Free plan has 10 GB. The media library shows how much is used at the bottom of the folder bar.
Plugins
Section titled “Plugins”You book plugins on the Plugins page or under Plan & billing › Add plugins. Almost all plugins apply per player: you book as many as you need – at most one per player license – and assign them to your devices. More on this under Plugins.
Content plugins
Section titled “Content plugins”Content plugins provide content that you create in the media library and use in playlists.

Reports store playback data for 3 months, with Extended Reports for 12 months. For Routines, Touch unlocks the touch triggers and Smart Playback the remaining triggers (schedule, content started/ended, webhook).
Account-wide plugins
Section titled “Account-wide plugins”You book these plugins once for the entire account.

Template and API apply to the entire account but are charged per player: with 20 players, Template costs 20 × €4.60 per month. My subscription shows “Account-wide · per device” for these.

Free plan
Section titled “Free plan”On the free Free plan you use viewneo with one player and 10 GB of storage, without plugins and at no cost. Your media, playlists and devices are kept.
Your account moves to the Free plan when your trial period ends without a subscription – or when we switch your paid subscription at your request. For that, no plugins may be booked any more, you may use at most one player, and no invoice may be outstanding. The switch usually takes effect at the end of the paid period; you receive an email about it.
While the switch is scheduled, Plan & billing shows the notice Moving to the Free plan with the date. Until then your subscription keeps running as usual, but you can no longer book anything new. With Undo cancellation you keep your subscription.
On the Free plan, Plan & billing shows what your plan includes instead of the price list. Upgrade takes you back to a paid subscription: if your payment method is already on file, the subscription starts immediately with one player licence. Otherwise you first enter your billing address and payment method. After that you book licences and plugins as usual.
Payment
Section titled “Payment”Under Plan & billing you enter your Billing address and a Payment method – card, SEPA direct debit or Payment by invoice. With card or direct debit, the amount is charged automatically at each renewal; with payment by invoice, you receive the invoice by email. You can also download your invoices there as PDFs.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Section titled “Can I change my subscription at any time?”Yes. Under Plan & billing you change the number of licenses, add or remove plugins and switch between monthly and yearly billing. You see the new totals immediately; only Save changes applies them.
How do I cancel?
Section titled “How do I cancel?”With Cancel subscription under Plan & billing. Your access remains until the end of the current billing period. Until then, you can reverse the cancellation with Undo cancellation.
What does Enterprise cost for my players?
Section titled “What does Enterprise cost for my players?”With Enterprise, each player license costs €14.00 instead of €18.00 per month, plus the Enterprise base fee of €230.00. Enterprise is billed monthly. More under viewneo Enterprise.
