Software
The viewneo CMS runs entirely in your browser at cloud.viewneo.com. You don’t need to install anything.
In the CMS you can:
- Upload media and manage it in folders (images, videos, documents) – Media library
- Design Slides and Templates in the Designer
- Compile Playlists and schedule content
- Automate workflows with Routines
- Activate, group and configure Devices
- Book Plugins and assign them to your devices
- Invite users and assign permissions – Settings › Users & team
Account
Section titled “Account”You need a viewneo account to use the CMS. Registration is free and starts with a 30-day trial period. How it works is described under Create an account.
Browser
Section titled “Browser”The CMS works in any current browser. The minimum requirements are:

Older browsers – such as Internet Explorer – are not supported.
Smartphone and tablet
Section titled “Smartphone and tablet”On small screens, the CMS shows a mobile view: the navigation is behind a menu button, and lists appear as expandable cards. This lets you check on the go whether your devices are running and perform the most important actions.
