Trial period

Every new viewneo account starts with a 30-day trial period. During this time you can activate as many players as you like and try out plugins without being invoiced.

What is included

• the complete CMS: media library, Designer, playlists, routines, devices
• plugins of all kinds – book them and assign them to a device just like with a subscription
• users & team with roles and permissions

How to recognize the trial period

As soon as you use more than one player or a plugin, the CMS shows a notice at the top with the remaining days:

Under Settings › Plan & billing, the My subscription card shows when the trial period ends. The amounts there show what your current scope would cost once billing starts.

Start a subscription

Click Start subscription in the notice or open Settings › Plan & billing. To keep your account active after the trial period, enter your Billing address and a Payment method there. The first invoice is created at the end of the trial period. You will find all prices under Plans & subscriptions.

What happens after the trial period?

You receive a reminder seven days, three days and one day before the end. If you don’t start a subscription, your account is downgraded to the free Free plan at the end of the trial period:

• 1 player remains active – the one that checked in most recently. The other players are deactivated but not deleted.
• Plugins are not included in the Free plan. Their bookings are dropped.
• Storage in the Free plan is 10 GB instead of 250 GB.

Your media library, playlists and devices are kept. After upgrading via Settings › Plan & billing, you can use the deactivated players again; you then book plugins anew.

Can I extend the trial period?

The trial period lasts 30 days. If you need more time, contact viewneo Support.

Can I start a subscription during the trial period?

Yes – via Settings › Plan & billing. Billing still only starts at the end of the trial period.
