Creating Content from Templates

You can quickly create personalized content using viewneo’s pre-built templates or your own custom templates.

Using Free Content Templates

viewneo provides ready-made templates in the Free Content folder at the top level of your media library. To use them:

Copy or Use

Section titled “Copy or Use”

Right-click a template in the Free Content folder to see two options:

  • Copy — Copies the template to your personal media folder for editing
  • Use — Applies the template directly without copying

Drag into a Playlist

Section titled “Drag into a Playlist”

You can also drag a template directly from the Free Content folder into a playlist. A dialog will ask you to select a folder where the copy should be stored. Confirm with OK to add the content.

Editing Content from Templates

  1. Right-click any slide — in the media library or in a playlist
  2. Select Edit to open the Content Designer
  3. Modify text, images, or other placeholder elements
  4. Save your changes

Creating New Slides from a Template

If the Template Plugin is active, you can generate new slides from any template:

  1. Click Add and select Create from template
  2. Choose the template you want to use
  3. Fill in the placeholder fields with your content
  4. Save the new slide
