viewneo includes built-in access to over 1 million free images and videos from Pixabay. You can use this content in your media library and in the Content Designer.

Adding Pixabay Content to the Media Library

There are two ways to add Pixabay content:

Add Button

Click Add in the content area and select Pixabay from the menu.

Right-Click Menu

Right-click in an empty area of the content section and select Pixabay from the context menu.

Both methods open the Pixabay browser where you can search for and select images or videos.

Using Pixabay in the Content Designer

You can also insert Pixabay content directly into slides and templates:

1. Open the Content Designer
2. Click the + icon to add an object
3. Select Pixabay
4. Search for and select the desired image or video
5. The content is placed on the stage

Tip

You can select multiple images or videos at once to add several items to your media library in a single action.

All content from Pixabay is available under a free license and can be used for commercial purposes, including digital signage displays.
