First Steps

Enterprise can be activated at any time — during the trial period or as an existing subscriber.

How to Activate Enterprise

1. Click the gear icon in the left navigation to open account settings
2. Select the My Subscription tab
3. Find the viewneo Enterprise section
4. Click Start subscription (or the trial activation button if you are in the trial period)
5. Confirm by entering your password

Activation Scenarios

During the 30-Day Trial

You can switch to Enterprise at no cost during your trial period. The account converts immediately, and a blue “Active Test” label appears next to the Enterprise option.

As a Professional Subscriber (Monthly Billing)

The Enterprise add-on is prorated for the remaining days in the current month. Starting the next month, you are billed for the Enterprise add-on, device licenses (at the reduced Enterprise rate), and plugins.

As a Professional Subscriber (Yearly Billing)

Full monthly Enterprise charges apply immediately. A credit for the remaining term of your annual Professional subscription is applied against the new monthly cost.

Note

Enterprise requires monthly billing. If you are on a yearly plan, your billing cycle will switch to monthly when you activate Enterprise.

After Activation

Once Enterprise is active, you can:

1. Create sub-accounts for your locations or clients
2. Share folders with content and templates
3. Share playlists with sub-accounts
4. Set up mandatory playlists for contracted content
5. Optionally enable White Label for custom branding
