Sharing Playlists

Enterprise accounts can share playlists with sub-accounts, either as read-only or with full editing permissions.

Sharing a Playlist

1. Go to Playlists in the left navigation
2. Right-click the playlist you want to share
3. Select Share
4. A dialog box appears with three options:
   • Do not share — Revoke sharing
   • All accounts — Share with every sub-account
   • Choose accounts — Share with specific sub-accounts or labels
5. Optionally enable Can be edited to grant write access
6. Click Save

Shared playlists display a sharing icon (three people) in the playlist list.

Permission Levels

Permission	Description
Read-only	Sub-accounts can use the playlist but cannot modify it
Read and write	Sub-accounts can add, remove, and reorder content in the playlist

Caution

When a playlist is shared with write access, any changes made by a sub-account apply to all sub-accounts that share the playlist. Use write access carefully.

Sharing with Specific Sub-Accounts

When selecting Choose accounts:

1. Select individual sub-accounts or labels from the list on the left
2. Click + to add them
3. Optionally enable Can be edited
4. Click Save

Accepting a Shared Playlist

Sub-account users receive a notification (bell icon in the top-right corner) when a playlist is shared with them. They must click the notification and confirm with Yes to accept the shared playlist.
