White Label
The White Label add-on lets you customize the viewneo CMS interface with your own branding — including logo, colors, and sender information for emails.
Activating White Label
Section titled “Activating White Label”- Click the puzzle icon in the left navigation to open the plugin list
- Search for White Label
- Activate the plugin and save
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”After activation, go to Settings and open the White Label tab.
General Settings
Section titled “General Settings”| Setting | Description |

| Product Name | Your brand or company name displayed throughout the CMS |
| Email Address | Sender address for system emails (replaces the viewneo address) |
| Email Display Name | The name shown in recipients’ email clients |
Upload your company logo in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. The recommended resolution is 133 × 30 pixels. The logo is displayed in the CMS navigation.
Colors
Section titled “Colors”Customize the CMS color scheme to match your corporate design:
- Use the color wheel to select colors visually
- Or enter HEX codes directly for precise color matching
Custom Domain
Section titled “Custom Domain”By default, the White Label CMS runs on a subdomain of cms-typer.com. If you want to use a custom domain (e.g., signage.yourcompany.com), contact the viewneo sales team at sales@viewneo.com.
