Trial Period
Every new viewneo account includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features and plugins. No credit card is required to start.
What’s Included
Section titled “What’s Included”During the trial period, you can use everything viewneo has to offer:
- Full CMS access with all content management features
- Content Designer with all templates
- All available plugins (content, function, and integration plugins)
- Device management and playlist scheduling
- User management
Upgrading to a Subscription
Section titled “Upgrading to a Subscription”You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time during the trial — or wait until the trial ends. Go to Settings > My Subscription in the CMS and click Get started now to configure your plan.

What Happens After the Trial?
Section titled “What Happens After the Trial?”If you don’t subscribe within 30 days, the trial ends automatically. No charges are applied and no action is needed on your part.
