Installation
Step 1: Connect the Hardware
Section titled “Step 1: Connect the Hardware”- Connect the Qbic FHD-100 to your screen using an HDMI cable
- Connect a network cable to the RJ45 port (recommended) or configure WiFi
- Plug in the power adapter — the player starts automatically
Step 2: Establish a Network Connection
Section titled “Step 2: Establish a Network Connection”- Ethernet (recommended): Connect a network cable to the RJ45 port. The connection is established automatically.
- Ethernet with LAN certificate: Import the certificate via the device network settings.
- WiFi: Configure the WiFi network via the device settings.
Step 3: Link the Player to Your viewneo Account
Section titled “Step 3: Link the Player to Your viewneo Account”After startup, the player displays a registration code on the screen.
- Log in at www.viewneo.com/login
- Navigate to Devices
- Click Add Device
- Enter the displayed registration code
- Click Save
Settings
Section titled “Settings”To open the device settings, connect a USB mouse and click the screen multiple times until a lock icon appears in the upper-right corner. Click the lock icon to access the player menu.
- Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
- Click Settings
- Select WLAN
- Enable WiFi and select your network from the list
- Enter the password and confirm with Connect
Ethernet
Section titled “Ethernet”When a network cable is connected, the Ethernet connection is established automatically. For static IP addresses:
- Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
- Click Settings
- Select More and then Ethernet
- Change the IP mode from DHCP to Static
- Enter the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server
- Confirm with Connect
LAN Certificates (802.1X)
Section titled “LAN Certificates (802.1X)”The Qbic FHD-100 is the only viewneo player that supports authentication via LAN certificate (802.1X EAP). To install a certificate:
- Copy the certificate file to a USB drive
- Insert the USB drive into the Qbic
- Navigate to Settings > Security > Install Certificate
- Select the certificate file from the USB drive
- Configure the Ethernet connection with the installed certificate
Change Language
Section titled “Change Language”- Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
- Click Settings
- Scroll to Language & Input
- Select Language
- Select the desired language from the list
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”- Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
- Click Settings
- Select Display
- Select HDMI Mode
- Select the desired resolution and confirm with Keep
