Installation

  1. Connect the Qbic FHD-100 to your screen using an HDMI cable
  2. Connect a network cable to the RJ45 port (recommended) or configure WiFi
  3. Plug in the power adapter — the player starts automatically
  • Ethernet (recommended): Connect a network cable to the RJ45 port. The connection is established automatically.
  • Ethernet with LAN certificate: Import the certificate via the device network settings.
  • WiFi: Configure the WiFi network via the device settings.

After startup, the player displays a registration code on the screen.

  1. Log in at www.viewneo.com/login
  2. Navigate to Devices
  3. Click Add Device
  4. Enter the displayed registration code
  5. Click Save

To open the device settings, connect a USB mouse and click the screen multiple times until a lock icon appears in the upper-right corner. Click the lock icon to access the player menu.

  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select WLAN
  4. Enable WiFi and select your network from the list
  5. Enter the password and confirm with Connect

When a network cable is connected, the Ethernet connection is established automatically. For static IP addresses:

  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select More and then Ethernet
  4. Change the IP mode from DHCP to Static
  5. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server
  6. Confirm with Connect

The Qbic FHD-100 is the only viewneo player that supports authentication via LAN certificate (802.1X EAP). To install a certificate:

  1. Copy the certificate file to a USB drive
  2. Insert the USB drive into the Qbic
  3. Navigate to Settings > Security > Install Certificate
  4. Select the certificate file from the USB drive
  5. Configure the Ethernet connection with the installed certificate
  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll to Language & Input
  4. Select Language
  5. Select the desired language from the list
  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Display
  4. Select HDMI Mode
  5. Select the desired resolution and confirm with Keep
