Installation

  1. Plug the SignageStick directly into the HDMI input of your screen. If there is not enough space, use the included HDMI extension cable
  2. Connect the power adapter via the Micro-USB port
  3. The player starts automatically

After startup, the setup screen appears. There are two options:

With USB mouse:

  1. Click Next
  2. Select your WiFi network from the list
  3. Enter the password and confirm

With smartphone (no additional hardware required):

  1. The SignageStick automatically opens a WiFi hotspot (the name starts with “viewneo” and is displayed on the screen)
  2. Connect your smartphone to this hotspot
  3. Scan the QR code on the screen or enter http://viewneo.stick in your browser
  4. Follow the setup wizard on your smartphone

After a successful network connection, the SignageStick displays a registration code.

  1. Log in at www.viewneo.com/login
  2. Navigate to Devices
  3. Click Add Device
  4. Enter the displayed registration code
  5. Click Save

To open the device settings, connect a USB mouse and click the screen multiple times until a lock icon appears in the upper-right corner. Click the lock icon to access the player menu.

  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select WLAN
  4. Select your network from the list and enter the password

For a wired connection, you need a compatible USB-to-RJ45 Ethernet adapter.

  1. Open the player menu and switch to the System tab
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select More and then Ethernet
  4. For static IP: Change the IP mode from DHCP to Static
  5. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server
  6. Confirm with Connect

  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll to Language & Input
  4. Select Language
  5. Select the desired language from the list

  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Display
  4. Select HDMI Mode
  5. Select the desired resolution and confirm with Keep
