Fill Playlist with Content

After creating a playlist, you need to add content to it. Content can include images, videos, slides, templates, websites, and other media from your content library.

Adding Content

1. Select the playlist you want to edit from the playlists list on the left
2. The content library appears on the right side of the screen
3. Drag and drop the desired content from the library into your playlist

You can add multiple items and arrange them in the order you want them to play.

Editing Content Settings

Click on any content item in the playlist to open its settings. Here you can configure:

• Duration — How long the content is displayed (for images and slides)
• Schedule — When the content should play (see Scheduling)
• Behavior — Playback options for nested playlists (see Playlist Behavior)

Saving the Playlist

After making changes, click Save to apply them.

Caution

Saving a playlist directly affects playback on all players assigned to it. Changes take effect as soon as the player syncs. For this reason, playlists are not saved automatically — you must save manually.

Reordering Content

Drag content items up or down within the playlist to change the playback order.

Removing Content

To remove an item from the playlist, select it and click the delete button. This only removes it from the playlist — the content remains in your media library.
