viewneo for iOS

This page explains how to install and set up the viewneo Player App on iPad and iPhone.

Installation

1. Open the viewneo Player in the App Store on your iPad or iPhone
2. Tap Get and install the app
3. Open the app and log in with your viewneo credentials

Note

The iOS app is suitable for presentations and information displays. For professional 24/7 continuous operation, we recommend a dedicated viewneo player.

Register the Player

After installation, the Player App displays a registration code. Link the player to your viewneo account:

1. Log in at www.viewneo.com/login
2. Navigate to Devices
3. Click Add Device
4. Enter the registration code
5. Click Save

Note

On third-party devices (non-viewneo hardware), the full feature set is not guaranteed. Some features may not be available due to system restrictions.
