viewneo for Windows

This page explains how to install and set up the viewneo Player App on Windows.

Installation

1. Request the viewneo Player for Windows via the download form — you will receive the download link by email
2. Run the installation file
3. Follow the instructions of the installation wizard
4. Start the app and log in with your viewneo credentials

System Requirements

Property	Requirement
Operating System	Windows 10 or later
Resolution	At least Full HD (1920 x 1080) recommended
Internet Connection	Required for synchronization

Register the Player

After installation, the Player App displays a registration code. Link the player to your viewneo account:

1. Log in at www.viewneo.com/login
2. Navigate to Devices
3. Click Add Device
4. Enter the registration code
5. Click Save

Note

On third-party devices (non-viewneo hardware), the full feature set is not guaranteed. Some features may not be available due to system restrictions.
