viewneo 4K SignageBox Reset
To reset the viewneo 4K SignageBox, open the Player App menu and select "SETTINGS".
- Select "System" and then "Logout". You will now need to return to the SignageBox settings (note: this shouldn’t be confused with the settings or the viewneo Player app).
- Then select "Settings", then "Save & Reset"
- Now tick the box "Delete SD card" and confirm twice.
The stick will reset all settings. After that process is completed the Player App will need to be started again.
Then follow the next steps:

Go to the Player App Menu

Go to the tab SYSTEM and go to the settings

Select Save & Reset

Select return to factory settings
-
Select Clear SD card and reset tablet
-
Delete everything
