viewneo 4K SignageBox II Settings

In this chapter we will explain the technical background of the viewneo 4K SignageBox, settings within the viewneo Player App and other tips & tricks.

To access the settings of the viewneo Player App you need a USB mouse or a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse combination in case of the 4K SignageBox II.

In our hardware solutions, we distinguish between device and player settings.

How do I access the device settings?

with USB/Bluetooth mouse

• double click and select the lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen
• now select "System" there
• now you can select "Settings / Settings" in the lower area

How do I get into Player Settings?

with USB/Bluetooth mouse

• double click and select the lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen
• move the cursor to the viewneo logo in the upper left corner of the screen
• press and hold the "left mouse button" for about 2 seconds
• The player settings dialog box will then open.
