How Can You Updated the Content on a Device After Changes in the Playlist have been Updated?

The viewneo Signage Stick and the Player App update automatically every 15 minutes and then plays the most recent playlist. A prerequisite for this, of course, is an existing internet connection. The current default is a 15 minute update interval; however, you are able to modify the interval window yourself. This change can be made in either the device group or for a single device.

For this you can go to the "advanced settings" of a device or a group and enter a new time at "Update Interval".

If you do not want to wait for the next update interval, the player can also be manually updated via the remote control:

• Press the "Menu" button on the remote, pause the playlist and go to the viewneo Player menu
• Select the tab "SYSTEM"
• By clicking on "UPDATE" the synchronization interval is triggered. In the displayed window, the download of the current contents of the assigned playlist can now be watched.
• After the download is completed, simply click on the "PLAYER" tab again so that the playlist is displayed again.
