Linking Butler with a viewneo Account

To be able to control the Butler with the viewneo CMS, the device must be registered in the viewneo user account. To do this, log into your user account and then click on the tab Butler.

To add a new device, click on the plus icon:

Now you will need to name the device and then click on OK:

Next, an activation code will be displayed.

The code will be available in the CMS! The activation code is important for linking the Butler to the viewneo user account. This code will be needed throughout the Butler setup process.

From here you can continue with the viewneo Butler setup.
